All the front desk staff were cheerful, helpful and professional. In spite of a huge snowstorm, the breakfast crew was there when I came down at 7 am. They gave me an accurate assessment that I would be able to get to my local destination in spite of the storm. The breakfast was tasty and had what I needed. The room was newly rennovated, clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great. Walmart right across the street, Japanese restaurant on the premises, close to Panera's Healthy Living and the Wilton Mall.

It was clean comfortable and very new. At least that’s what it felt like.. looks like the entire property was just newly renovated. There were reviews about the lobby, being not updated. I believe most of those were last years. As of this review, both the lobby and the rooms are practically brand new. The staff is phenomenal. They are very friendly and accommodating. Also this property is just minutes away drive from downtown. Great value and a wonderful surprise for a last-minute reservation and trip.

I liked that it was clean and very comfortable. I liked the breakfast, and coffee was delicious. I liked the convenience of being close to everything. Staff was courteous and helpful. I liked that it had a gym, but I didn't get to use it. I liked that it had a pool, but it was under renovation. The only disappointment I had, was that I could have gotten my room cheaper for my 1 night with a different app . But, was very satisfied, thank you.

Daily breakfast was very good. Shuttle to the track was terrific. But we did not know about shuttle before arriving. We just found out about it by luck. So that service should be emphasized when booking reservations during the season.
